The Stockbridge Land Trust encourages and promotes the preservation of land and the natural, historic and community resources in the town of Stockbridge. Those resources include open space, forestland, farmland, wetlands, waterways, streams, ponds, lakes, historic structures and affordable housing.
The primary objective of the Trust shall be to preserve the rural character of the town and to influence future growth and development in the Town that embraces environmental sustainability. With your support we can work to acquire and conserve land or work with town residents to establish conservation plans that will protect their lands for future generations.
